Client News HILLS PROPERTIES MODIFIES BLUE ASH LUXURY APARTMENT COMMUNITY DESIGN July 11, 2012 CINCINNATI, OH - July 11, 2012 - In April 2012, Hills Properties formally presented plans for a resort-style residential community called 49Hundred to redevelop the vacant property formerly occupied by a Thriftway grocery store in Downtown Blue Ash, on Hunt Road. The low-rise development, with a host of up-scale amenities, elevators and a parking garage will consist of luxurious one and two bedroom residences designed with the “Renter by Choice” demographic market in mind. Taking into consideration input from both residents and local businesses, Hills Properties has modified the design of 49Hundred so that it will better integrate with the community, lending to a better quality of life for new and existing residents. Plan modifications include the following:
49Hundred has been designed with high-end features and finishes, including granite countertops private terraces, private garage parking, well-designed landscaping throughout the grounds, and a pool with water features. 49Hundred will also feature full time property management services, a health and wellness center, as well as a resident entertainment areas. Blue Ash residents and business owners are invited to attend the public meeting of The Downtown Design Review Council tonight at 7 p.m. at the Blue Ash City Building on Cooper Road.
