LAROSA’S NAMES NEW MARKETING VICE PRESIDENT
Megan Torbeck Replaces Long-time Marketing Lead
CINCINNATI, OH – June 16, 2025 – LaRosa’s, the over 70-year-old Cincinnati-based group of family pizzerias, has announced a change to its marketing leadership. Effective immediately, Megan Torbeck replaces current head of marketing, Pete Buscani, as Vice President of Marketing. In her new role, Torbeck owns primary responsibility for building the LaRosa’s brand by collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategy and tactics.
“Megan has consistently demonstrated leadership, a deep commitment to our brand, and a drive that has elevated the impact of our marketing and advertising” said Mike LaRosa, LaRosa’s Chief Executive Officer. “We’re so pleased to have her lead our future marketing efforts” he said.
Torbeck joined LaRosa’s as Director of Marketing in 2020. Prior to LaRosa’s, she built a career in marketing and advertising that included a client service role at Cincinnati ad agency Brandience where she worked on a variety of restaurant and retail clients. She also held a client service leadership role at PatientPoint, a health care marketing firm, where she focused on effective patient-physician engagement across all points of care. Her hiring at LaRosa’s was a homecoming, of sorts, as she’d participated in LaRosa’s former summer marketing internship program when she attended Miami University.
Pete Buscani, who has led LaRosa’s marketing for the past 25 years, most recently in the role of Executive Vice President, Marketing, has transitioned to a new strategic role within the company supporting growth and business development. “We truly appreciate Pete’s significant contributions to building our brand and look forward to his continued participation with the company” said LaRosa.
