Annual Collaboration with West Side Brewing Support Individuals With Vision Loss
Cincinnati, OH – June 1, 2026 – Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (CABVI) and West Side Brewing invite the community to the seventh annual Braille Ale® release event on Thursday, June 25, featuring the return of Braille Ale® Raspberry Gose. Created to raise awareness and promote inclusion for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, Braille Ale® Raspberry Gose features braille on the can - continuing a collaboration between CABVI and West Side Brewing that was among the first in the United States to incorporate braille packaging on a beer can.
A portion of proceeds from Raspberry Gose 4-pack sales and on-tap purchases at West Side Brewing during the launch event and throughout the summer will support CABVI programs and services that empower individuals adapting to vision loss. Braille Ale® Raspberry Gose is a light sour ale complemented by raspberry and coriander flavors.
The launch event will take place Thursday, June 25, from 5–7 p.m. at West Side Brewing, located at 3044 Harrison Avenue, and will feature Catch-a-Fire Pizza specials, immersive blindfolded games, and raffles. The annual collaboration brings together craft beer and accessibility to raise awareness and support services for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
