Construction Begins on New Highland Avenue Pizzeria Expected to Open Later This Year

CINCINNATI, OHIO – July 23, 2026 - LaRosa’s Pleasant Ridge, located at 3184 Woodford Road, will be relocating to a convenient new location, just over a mile away at 3140 Highland Avenue, near Kennedy Avenue, this Fall, as construction begins this week. The move continues LaRosa's more than four decades of serving the Pleasant Ridge and Kennedy Heights communities. LaRosa’s established a Pleasant Ridge pizzeria in 1982 before relocating to its current Woodford Road location more than 30 years ago.

When open, the new LaRosa’s Pleasant Ridge will offer a more modern, convenient experience, including a Drive-Up, Pick-Up window, a new addition designed for today’s busy lifestyles. For the most seamless experience, Guests can tap into the LaRosa’s app or online ordering to order and pay ahead, then pick up at the window. A casual Dine-In area will offer kiosk ordering that Guests can enjoy at their table. The delivery area will remain the same as LaRosa’s long-time Pleasant Ridge location.

The relocation also reflects LaRosa's continued investment in the community and its team. Every current Pleasant Ridge pizzeria employee has been offered a position at the new pizzeria, and LaRosa's expects to hire an additional 10 to 15 team members in advance of opening the new pizzeria this Fall.

Construction on the new Highland Avenue location is underway. Guests are encouraged to continue visiting and ordering from the current location on Woodford Road until the new pizzeria opens later this year.
